Merriment Village is one of our current development projects taking place in Yuba City, CA. Construction will be broken down into 3 phases, with the first phase offering 79 two-bedroom units plus a clubhouse. Once complete, the entire structure will provide 218 affordable housing units primarily for elderly residents, retired veterans, and families who have been displaced due to rising costs of rent and housing.
