Behavioral Health Services at Habitat
Our Behavioral Health Services are grounded in the belief that healing and stability are deeply connected to safe, supportive housing. We take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that honors each individual’s strengths, experiences, and goals. By integrating behavioral health care with housing-focused supports, our services aim to promote emotional wellness, recovery, and long-term stability—helping individuals build healthier, more connected lives within their communities and move toward lasting housing security.
Supportive Services Outreach (SOS) at Waypoint
The Supportive Services Outreach program offers Outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment at Waypoint. It provides supportive, community-based care for adults seeking recovery while continuing to live their daily lives. Services include individual and group counseling, personalized treatment planning, recovery support, and care coordination, all delivered in a respectful, trauma-informed environment. Participation is voluntary, and services are tailored to each person’s goals, strengths, and needs. Our program is designed to promote stability, wellness, and long-term recovery through compassionate, evidence-based outpatient care.
